The responses for the /uploaded/{id} and /{id} endpoints should also include a Last-Modified HTTP-Header when they are in their HTML-Format.
Maybe a *Varies: Accept-Encoding is necesary then.

Actix does not seem to provide a middleware for this, this needs to be implemented manually.
